# My Profile
On the My Profile page, you can update your primary personal information, consent to agreements, view your order history, and make changes to orders for events that have not yet been closed. The most recent order is also displayed on the main Event Booking page, but on the My Profile page, you have access to all your orders.
# My Profile Insight
The personal details you can modify on this page are your name and email. Additional personal details are collected during the ordering process upon completing the Contact Details form. You can also toggle consents on or off where applicable and change your password via the My Profile page.

Providing correct contact details is essential for successful payment processing through WorldPay.
The My Profile page offers a convenient interface for managing your past orders at the venue where you are booking events. Available actions include cancelling an order, editing an order, updating dietary preferences, splitting the bill, and paying the balance. # Customer data
The main contact information, such as name and email, for customers is available on the Customers page. By clicking on a customer's name, you can also access more detailed customer information. Please note that inconsistent contact information, different from that associated with the payment card, can be a reason for WorldPay payment rejection. If an order payment by a customer has been rejected, you also have the option to use other payment methods and register the payment manually on the Payment screen.
# Consents
More details on consent management can be found on the Data Processing page. Please note that once a data statement unit is ticked by a client within the client side application, the option to delete this consent will no longer be available.
