Archived Events Groups

The event groups that have been marked as 'archived' are relocated to the Archived Event Groups list, accessible through the Archive Menu > Archived Event Groups page. The table of archived event groups displays archived event groups along with the number of Tickets sold in each group.

The status of an event group is determined by checking or unchecking the Archived checkbox within an event group.

You can access the checkbox via the Set Up Menu > Event Groups page and then by clicking the Modify button within the selected event group. Please note that checking the Live on Website checkbox activates different functionality, resulting in the event group being displayed on the client site. If all events within an event group are archived, the event group card will not be displayed on the client site.

Event groups with active events cannot be archived until all of its events are archived. If you attempt to archive an event group that still has non-archived events, a warning message will be displayed.
