To log into the Admin system site, you need to have a previously registered account as the admin system does not offer open registration.

To log into the Admin system site, please follow these steps:

• Open the URL of your admin system site.

• Type in your login and password.

• To view your password as you type, click the icon.

• Click Login button.

TIP

If your login does not work, please double-check your details and try typing your username and password manually instead of copying and pasting. Copying might include invisible characters that render the details invalid, even though they appear visually correct.

TIP

If you do not remember your login or password, please use the Forgotten Password feature to recover your account.

Login Errors

If you encounter any of the following errors, please follow the suggested actions:

• 'Please input your Login name': This message appears if the username field is left empty. Ensure you have entered your username.
• 'Please input your Password': This message appears if the password field is left empty. Ensure you have entered your password.
• 'Invalid login/password details': This message appears if the username or password is incorrect. Double-check your credentials and try again.
• 'This account has been deactivated': This message appears if your account has been deactivated. Contact support for further assistance.
