# Email Defaults
The Set up Menu > Email Defaults
page enables you to configure the content of order and payment confirmation emails as well as reminder emails.
You can configure the emails by specifying the sender and recipients of the emails, as well as by adding the text for Order Confirmation,
Payment Confirmation,
Payment Reminder,
Signatory,
and Disclaimer
fields. Additionally, you have the option to include an image as a signatory, such as your company's logo.
TIP
For optimal results, it is recommended to use images in PNG format with a transparent background.
