# Revenue Report

Revenue Report is a revenue overview in XLSX format for a specified time range.

# Report Criteria

  • Select a date or a date range using the expected format dd/mm/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy. Use the calendar selection to adjust both start and end dates.
  • Choose whether to base the results on the event date or the order date.

# Report Contents

The Revenue Report contains the following columns:

  • # - invoice number.
  • Order Date - the date when the order was placed.
  • Event Date - the date when the event is taking place.
  • Cancelled Date - if the order has been cancelled, the date of the cancellation will be shown here. The cancellation prompts the following outcomes:
    • If order has been cancelled beyond refund date, all sums are retained.
    • If order has been fully refunded and cancelled, the order will not appear on the revenue report.
    • If order has been partially refunded (except for the Lost Deposit), the order will appear on the revenue report.
    • If order has been cancelled and all costs are retained, order will show as usual but with a cancellation date.
  • Event Name - the event associated with the order.
  • Contact Name - the name of the person associated with the order.
  • Company - the name of the company associated with the order.
  • Guests - the amount of tickets purchased.
  • Packages - the revenue from tickets sold.
  • Discount Code - the discount code applied to the order.
  • Enhancements - the revenue from all other products groups sold.
  • Lost Deposits - the revenue from non-refundable Lost Deposit cancellations.
  • Net - net revenue, which is the total revenue after deducting expenses or costs.
  • VAT - Value Added Tax, a consumption tax added to the value of goods and services.
  • Gross - gross revenue, the total revenue before any deductions.
  • Payment type - the payment option selected, such as Full, Deposit, Interim, or Final.
  • Paid - the amount of money that has been paid by the customer.
  • Method - the method used by the customer to make the payment, such as credit card.
  • Balance - the remaining amount due from the customer after deducting the amount already paid.
