Anonymise Customers

The Set Up Menu > Anonymise Customers page facilitates the anonymisation of customers in accordance with GDPR's Article 17 Right to Erasure.

Use the search function in the Anonymise Customers screen to locate the customer.

TIP

Please note that only customers who have placed an order and thus have a registered Invoice Number will appear in the search results.

TIP

Please note that the search action does not trigger the anonymisation process.

Once the user is found, click the Anonymise this contact's data button to initiate the anonymisation process.
